F10CL is a highly effective surface disinfectant concentrate specially developed for reptile and general animal husbandry. It is also used in veterinary medicine, in small and large animal practices, zoological facilities, laboratories, and other veterinary areas.
Thanks to its high concentration, F10CL is particularly economical. Depending on the area of application, the concentrate is diluted with water in the appropriate ratio.
Ideally suited for:
- disinfecting surfaces and equipment
- use in reptile and general animal husbandry
- dilution as required for various applications
- effective reduction of pathogens
- veterinary facilities and animal housing
Versatile application options
F10CL can be used for the cold sterilization of suitable instruments and devices, including endoscopes and catheters, among other things. Further areas of application include the highly effective disinfection of hard surfaces and air spaces, water treatment, and the disinfectant rinsing of solid foods and fruit.
When used for fogging, F10CL can be used to disinfect air spaces and hard-to-reach surfaces. According to the manufacturer, fogging under the intended conditions of use is 100% effective in eliminating airborne microorganisms.
Important: Always comply with the specified concentration and contact time for the respective area of application.
Application of F10CL
Surfaces and objects should be thoroughly cleaned before disinfection. For heavier soiling, prior cleaning with F919 is recommended.
Then, dilute F10CL with water in the appropriate ratio and completely wet the prepared areas. The product is suitable for:
- work surfaces and examination tables
- food and water containers
- utensils and equipment
- thermometers
- cages, stables, and enclosures
- incubators
- frequently used areas in animal husbandry
After application, allow the treated surfaces to air dry. Rinsing is not necessary unless the label and product information for the specific area of use contain instructions to the contrary.

At a 1:50 dilution, F10CL can also be used for fogging air spaces and hard-to-reach surfaces.
Broad spectrum of activity
F10CL is a veterinary biocide with a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, fungi, viruses, and bacterial and fungal spores. It is effective against pathogens associated with Newcastle disease and avian influenza, as well as Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus, and coronaviruses, among others.
