Lafeber Senior Bird Nutri-Berries – Premium complete feed for senior parakeets & small parrots
As parakeets and small parrots age, their nutritional needs change. Lafeber Senior Bird Nutri-Berries have been specially developed to provide optimal care for older birds and to support their vitality well into their senior years.
The unique recipe combines high-quality pellets, selected grains, seeds, fruits, and herbs in the popular Nutri-Berries® shape. This ensures your bird not only receives a balanced diet but is also encouraged to engage in natural and species-appropriate feeding behavior.
Specially developed for senior birds
Ideally suited for older:
- Cockatiels
- Rosellas
- Bourke's parakeets
- Barred parakeets (Lineolated parakeets)
- Lovebirds
- Small macaws
- Ring-necked parakeets
- and other parakeets and small parrots of a similar size.
Premium recipe for increased vitality
The balanced composition consists of:
- 61% high-quality pellets
- 26% valuable grains
- 13% fruits and herbs
The recipe is supplemented with carefully selected functional ingredients:
✔ Glucosamine & Chondroitin – support joints and mobility.
✔ Milk thistle & Dandelion – help support normal liver function.
✔ Ginger – provides valuable phytonutrients.
✔ Plums, cranberries & dates – natural sources of fiber and antioxidants.
✔ Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids – support skin, plumage, and normal metabolism.
Promotes natural feeding behavior
Due to the characteristic Nutri-Berries® shape, birds pick up the food with their beaks and feet, eating it piece by piece. This natural foraging and nibbling behavior provides meaningful stimulation and contributes to your bird's well-being.
