Composition:
Cereals 72% (maize, wheat, brown rice and oat groats), vegetable by-products, seeds 3.5% (linseed 0.5%), minerals, nuts (peanuts 3%), oils and fats, vegetables, yeasts.
Feeding recommendation:
TROPICAN Lifetime Formula is a complete feed for daily feeding, containing all essential nutrients. As a guideline: Depending on the parrot species and its nutritional requirements, your bird should receive a total of 5-10% of its body weight in grams as the total daily feed amount. The feed should consist of at least 70% of the
The daily ration should consist of TROPICAN to ensure optimal nutrient supply. You can supplement the rest of their needs with fresh food. Suitable options include fresh vegetables, fruit (in small quantities), greens, and our vitamin-rich and low-calorie Claus sprouted seeds in a jar (suitable for various species). For species with increased calcium requirements (such as African Grey parrots), we recommend supplementing with PRIME or CLAY-CAL. Always ensure your bird has healthy plumage and monitor their weight. If in doubt, consult a veterinarian.
Hygiene at the feeding area is important. Please clean the food and water bowls daily and refill them with fresh water.
