Produktbeschreibung
Milk thistle seeds as a natural single seed
Milk thistle seeds are a popular single seed for parrots and parakeets and are excellent for adding variety to their daily diet. Milk thistle seeds contain the liver-protecting active ingredient "silymarin". The seeds can be offered individually or mixed into an existing seed blend. Due to their natural fat content, milk thistle seeds should only be offered in adjusted amounts, particularly for bird species prone to obesity.
Feeding recommendation
Offer as a supplement to a balanced basic diet. The amount should be adjusted to the bird species, body size, activity level, and nutritional status.
Suitable for:
Parrots, parakeets, and other grain-eating bird species.
