How do I collect Budgies
Please log in to your customer account before placing your order. You will receive 1 Budgie for every 1 Euro of merchandise value; shipping costs are not included. The credit will be applied automatically once the order is completed.
When can I redeem my Budgies
From 100 Budgies. You open the yellow rewards widget at the bottom right, select the reward, and receive a voucher code for your next order. The code is valid for orders over 20 Euros.
How much is a budgie worth
One Budgie is equivalent to 0.02 Euros. 100 Budgies become a voucher for 2.00 Euros.
Where can I see my score
In the rewards widget at the bottom right, once you are logged in to your customer account. The widget is not displayed in the checkout and in the customer account.
Can I share my voucher code
The code is linked to your customer account and is non-transferable. Please log in before ordering or use the same email address in the checkout that is associated with your customer account.
Can I cash out the Budgies
Cash withdrawal is not possible. Budgies can only be redeemed for a voucher code for an order.
Do my budgies expire
Budgies expire 24 months after the last activity on your account. Each order and redemption resets the deadline. So, as long as you order regularly, your Budgies will remain valid.

Participation is free of charge and requires a customer account. Budgies are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Collect

For every 1 Euro of goods value excluding shipping costs, 1 Budgie will be credited once the order is completed. The amount will be rounded up to the nearest Euro.
- Validity

Budgies expire 24 months after the last activity on the customer account. Any credit and any redemption count as activity.
If an order is returned in whole or in part, the Budgies credited for it will be deducted again.
- Redeem

From 100 Budgies, points can be redeemed for a voucher code. The code is valid for orders over 20,00€, is linked to the email address of the customer account and is non-transferable. Cash payment is excluded.
The voucher code can be combined with other discounts, provided the respective other discount allows it.
- Changes

The program may be amended or terminated with reasonable notice. Points already collected remain unaffected and can still be redeemed.
