In our online shop, you will find only products that have been extensively tested by us and our own birds. We keep a wide variety of parakeets and parrots ourselves, including parrotlets, lovebirds, budgies, white-bellied parrots, red-rumped parrots, and various macaws, including hyacinth macaws. We have been successfully using many of the products we offer for years with our own birds. Before a product is added to our shop, it undergoes a thorough testing phase. Dr. med. vet. Marcellus Bürkle
Our founder, Dr. Marcellus Bürkle, is a specialist veterinarian for zoo and wildlife, with a particular focus on the care of parrot populations. After studying veterinary medicine in Munich and working at Loro Parque in Tenerife, he specialized in avian medicine. Dr. Bürkle is a respected speaker at international veterinary congresses and the author of numerous articles and books on avian medicine. His extensive experience and profound expertise are reflected in every aspect of our veterinary shop.
Isabell Bürkle
Isabell Bürkle manages the practice of our veterinary clinic. With her expertise in hand-rearing macaws and behavioral training, she makes a significant contribution to the high quality and success of our products. Her passion and dedication to birdkeeping are reflected in everything we do.
