We feed our own budgies French red millet sprays daily. However, the amount should be reduced for birds prone to being overweight. Since this "loose" millet spray is particularly popular, it's also suitable for supplementing with minerals and vitamins (Korvimin ZVT), which can be sprinkled onto the slightly moistened millet.
