Prestige Loro Parque Amazon Parrot Mix is an enriched seed mix with extra nutrients, specially formulated for all South American parrots, such as Amazons, Pionus, Caiques, small macaws, and large aratingas. All Prestige Premium Loro Parque mixes from Versele-Laga feature a very diverse selection of seeds and grains and contain a number of treats for parrots, including puffed grains, pumpkin seeds, rosehips, dried pepperoni, and pine nuts.
This premium, low-fat complete food is enriched with 8% Maxi VAM granules, which provide an extra supply of vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. They also contain fructo-oligosaccharides (Florastimul) to support digestion and have a high protein and energy content.
This species-specific mix was developed in consultation with the Loro Parque scientific team and is used in the park as the basic food for all South American parrots.
