Complete food with a higher content of fat, protein, vitamins and minerals for Grey Parrots, Amazons, Eclectus Parrots, Macaws and Cockatoos, as well as similarly sized parrots that are breeding, moulting, or are younger than 6 months old, or for transitioning to maintenance food. Breeding pairs should receive the breeding food 1-2 months before the start of the breeding season to stimulate breeding.
Grey Parrots, Hyacinth Macaws, Palm Cockatoos and Golden Conures should only receive the breeding food all year round.
To optimize the content of essential fatty acids (Omega 3 and Omega 6), carotene and natural vitamin E, we recommend mixing 0.45 kg of Dr. Harrison's food with Palmgloss. To do this, add 10 ml of Palmgloss to the freshly opened food bag. Mix the food and Palmgloss thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed. After feeding, seal the food bag well and store it in the refrigerator. The food should be consumed within 8 weeks.
